A: You can place an order in our online shop. We’ll refund you the sample cost after you make a bulk order.

 

Q: Can I get the wholesale price spread among multiple styles?

Q: How long does it take to process and ship out the merchandise?

Return Policy

Return Policy:

 

We guarantee a full refund for all defective products. You may return defective products up to 14 days after you receive them. No refunds will be allowed after 14 days. All products will need to be returned in their original shipping carton with all items unopened. All returns will need a return authorization number (RA#) before they can be accepted. Please email us at service@floristsgarden.com.

 

We will refund the cost of your merchandise and applicable sales tax. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the original shipping cost that we paid the carrier to ship the products to you, and we do not provide the cost of return shipping.

 

Can I return a customized/personalized item?

Customized merchandise can't be returned. We are unable to accept returns, cancelations, or exchanges on personalized products once the virtual sample (mock-up) is approved. You can always cancel your custom order and get a refund before you approve the mock-up. Credit card fees may apply.

 

The courier lost/delayed my package! What should I do?

We are very sorry to hear that your shipment may have experienced an issue on the courier’s end! Floristsgarden is not responsible for errors made by the shipping courier, such as delayed items or lost packages. However, we can still help you! Please open a claim so we can follow up on the issue with the courier. In many cases, couriers will be able to locate lost packages and rearrange delivery. Couriers do not guarantee transit time (including expedited air shipments), and in the event of a delay, they will not refund or compensate the fees.

Shipping & Delivery

1.Shipping Types

Your order means a lot to us, which is why we are dedicated to providing fast, safe, and reliable delivery services for all of our products. Deliveries are typically made Monday through Friday, and you can find delivery options for each item on at the checkout part.

Order Processing

All orders are processed, verified, quality checked, and packaged within 2-3 business days.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed for a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. We will let you know if there is a significant delay in shipment because of service interruption, such as severe weather.

Holiday Shipping

Due to the holidays, shipping companies usually experience a high volume of shipping traffic. Shipping companies will require additional time to deliver. We will contact you via email if there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order.

 

2.Shipping Costs

Free Shipping for orders Over $29.99. It will take 10 - 15 business days for delivery, and a flat rate of $10.00 will be added to the Express Shipping option.

 

3.International Shipping

Currently, we can ship to the United States and Canada.

4.Updating Shipping on an Order

Updating Orders Before Shipping

Before an item has shipped, you can easily edit the details of your order online. From My Orders, you can cancel, change the delivery method, or change the shipping address for each item.

Updating Orders in Transit

Once an item has shipped, the order information cannot be changed.

 

5.Item Never Arrived (Lost in Transit)

Can't Find Your Package?

Not to worry! Most items are found within two days. Here are some things to try:

1) Check that your shipping address is correct.

Let's make sure we shipped to the right place. Current shipping addresses are listed under “Deliver To” on the My Orders page.

2) Check around your home or with neighbors.

Boxes might be at back doors, behind bushes, etc.

3) Give it a couple of days.

Sometimes carriers incorrectly scan packages that are still in transit.

4) Check your mailbox or anywhere else you receive mail.

Carriers deliver differently, especially if the package is small enough to fit inside your mailbox.

5) Check for a notice of attempted delivery.

This notice will tell you the steps you should take to receive your package.
